As Acting CEO of Nakheel PJSC, he orchestrated one of the MENA region's largest corporate restructurings, managing debt exceeding USD 16 billion, and served as Chief Restructuring Officer for Damas Jewellery through pivotal corporate transformations. He actively steers high-impact initiatives globally — from sustainable infrastructure and wastewater recycling to clean energy deployment in Europe — and is pioneering AI/blockchain platforms in Asia. Today, Sanjay serves as a cross-border independent advisor, board member, and mentor.
